Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Greetings from Tanzania: My family and Friends from Tanzania have sent us back to the UK with their greetings and the appreciation of your support following the death of my father, Rev. Canon Jotham Nyaongo. Members of the Mothers Union were particularly grateful for the exchange of knitting ideas from St. Augustine’s Church.
Changes to the times of Worship: It was agreed at the Annual Parochial Church meeting held on 21st May 2023 that due to the changing circumstances the times of worship should be changed as follows: The 9:15am Service at St. Augustine’s to be moved to 10am and the 11:00am Service at Holy Trinity to be moved to 11:30am. There will be no 11am Service at St. Augustine’s. The changes are effective from Sunday 3rd September 2023. These worship times will be reviewed with a view of introducing any other worship times should there be a need. Please pray for the mission and ministry of this parish as we adjust and respond to these changing needs.
